Intertops Changes Terms – Commissions Structure

Intertops makes several changes to affiliate terms and conditions.  This piece is the commissions structure change and really relates more to clarification than an actual change in their commissions model.

Change #1 – Category: COMMISSIONS MODEL

OLD TERM

6. The Affiliate will earn referral commissions based on the following calculation to determine the net house profit. Profit SB*20% + Profit CS*20% + Profit PK*20% - (Aff. Bonus+Bonus SB CS)*20% -  Bonus PK*20% Profit SB=  Staked -  Refunded - Won Profit CS= ChipsPurchased - ChipsCashed In - Royalties Profit PK=  Poker Rake. The payout percentage is determined based on the total revenue generated by the Affiliate. The more revenue generated by the Affiliate, the higher the potential earnings will be.

NEW TERM

6. The webmaster will earn referral commissions based on the following calculation to determine the net house profit. (Profit  SB + Profit  CS + Profit PK - Bonus - Royalties) * 20% Profit SB : Staked -  Refunded -  Won Profit CS: Chips lost in Casino Profit PK : Poker Rake Poker Rake: Sum total of all players contribution to all rakes the players were involved in whilst playing in the Poker Room. Players Contribution to the rake: Actual amount of each rake to which the player has contributed divided by the total number of players at the table at the start of the hand. The payout percentage is determined based on the total revenue generated by the webmaster. The more revenue generated by the webmaster, the higher the potential earnings will be.

SUMMARY: This clarification is to simplify the formula (it’s the same earnings formula, just put in an easier to understand format).  It also adds Poker Rake into the equation.
