Intertops Changes Terms – Jurisdiction

Intertops makes several changes to affiliate terms and conditions.  This change involves a jurisdiction changeover

Change #1 – Category: JURISDICTION

OLD TERM

 

14. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Antigua & Barbuda, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in Antigua and the Affiliate irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of its courts.

 

NEW TERM

 

14. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Antigua, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in Antigua and the Webmaster irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of its courts.

 

SUMMARY: It appears that Barbuda is no longer governing the rules of the casino.  Antigua is sole Jurisdiction now.
