Intertops Changes Terms – Affiliate Agreement / SPAM

Intertops makes several changes to affiliate terms and conditions.  This particular change involves the agreement and termination

Change #1 – Category: AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

OLD TERM

 

 

15. The current agreement is non-transferable. Intertops.com is strongly opposed to the use of spyware, adware (Gator etc.) or any other method of unauthorized browser acquisition. Intertops.com reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts if they are found to be using any of the above methods to redirect traffic to our site. Once discovered, Intertops.com will ask the affiliate to desist the practice via an email. If no action is taken on the part of the affiliate within 7 days, the account will be terminated

NEW TERM

 

 

15. The current agreement is non-transferable.

SUMMARY: While they removed the spam clause, it is still in effect and will result in termination.
